Back Pain Even After A Proper Bra Fitting?

Does your back still ache from the weight of your boobs even though you're wearing the right size bra? If so, head over to Venusian*Glow to check out my guest post focusing on tips that may help. This is a topic that's really close to my heart since I've struggled with it for years, so I hope my ideas can be useful to others.

    1. Hi, thanks for your comment! Unfortunately I have never had much luck with seeing doctors for back pain. The doctors I have seen were never very interested in eliminating my pain but merely suggested that I try physical therapy (without even trying to pinpoint the location or cause of my pain!) I did have better success when I saw a rolfer (like a chiropractor, but they work with the connective tissue) but sadly I can't afford to do the full set of appointments at this time in my life. That's why I've had to look for other solutions, and fortunately I have found a few things that worked, which is why I wanted to share those things with anyone who has the same problems and doesn't have an understanding/informed doctor. Using a few of my tricks, my back pain is nearly eliminated, but if it got very bad, I would of course see a doctor again.

  3. I've been reading your blog for a while, and while I don't normally comment on blogs, I just want to thank you for the Venusian Glow post. I've struggled with upper back pain for about ten years, trying physical therapy, weights for strengthening, yoga, etc., and only two things have made any lasting difference. One was switching from a 36B to a 30FF bra, and the other is the set of exercises in the link you posted to.
They haven't totally eliminated the pain, but since I still spend most of my work day hunched over a laptop, I don't expect miracles. The exercises have significantly lessened the pain, so that I'm no longer taking an ulcer-risking amount of ibuprofen. Anyway, great blog, and fantastic advice in thi post--keep up the good work.
